Season pass purchased on a gamepass downloaded game

Thank you i will be giving it a go. when i looked in the survivor section it did say i should play the campaign first to avoid any spoiler so i will play through the campaign then try again. Hello thanks for your reply. What's stopping me from not playing the DLC'S is the fact that they are not showing up in the games "extra" section they are not in any part of the games sections. I will put a pic of the DLC's that i have purchased as proof they are in my game add ons. But not showing up. This is the 2nd time its happened it also happened with battlefield 1 deluxe version i couldn't play those DLC's either. I have purchased the season pass and I wish to be able to get what I paid for. I agree thank you for your response it's not the best advice to say "oh just buy the game then" the season pass with discount should not be offered for GPU games. Anyway i think my query is dead now i don't think i will get any actual help this is just another reason why i am not a fan of this Microsoft ambassador thing. The default response from most of them is " sign out hard reset your xbox unplug it from the mains wait 2 mins" 99% of us have already done that and not worked. Not sure if this helps but, from what I understand, the DLCs aren't in the Extras menu. I quote a reply (from 2015 but hopefully still valid) to the same question:

"First go to the main menu. Then go to play game, and then you can play The main game, crew expendable, last survivor and survivor mode. Go to survivor mode and use the d-pad to select the mission and the dlc should be there. The only included map is the basement, there is a spoiler warning before you play though so you may want to play the main game first. Hope this helps."

Just ignore the bit about the basement being the only included map as I think that reply was before all the DLC had released

I advise you to purchase the game so you can enjoy dlc, Game Pass games can be purchased individually so they can run smoothly.

If the DLC wasn't designed to work with the Game Pass version as you suggest, then why would Microsoft allow it to be bought? And, more to the point, offer the Game Pass Discount?

Telling someone to buy the game to resolve an issue isn't a solution and defeats the entire purpose of Game Pass
