Season Pass for Samurai showdown

I bought Samurai showdown physically on disc for my Xbox One when it was released. I also bought the season pass when it was free. According to the Microsoft Store on my console, it says that i haven't bought the season pass, yet when i scroll down on the
store page, under the "In This bundle" section, it shows that i own a dlc associated with the season pass(dlc costume Retro 3D Nakoruru) Furthermore, I've got a screenshot showing that i own the season pass, yet I'm unable to download the next dlc that has
been released, and the system is acting as if i never purchased the season pass. Can some one explain how i can get access to the correct season pass seeing as i have already purchased it?

No such luck. I've seen that another person had the same issue, and it looks like SNK is somewhat aware of the issue. I'm just confused how is that in one area of Xbox live/Microsoft store it says i have purchased the season pass and downloaded a part of
the dlc, but now in another area, it says i haven't purchased the season pass.

Did you find it in the account purchases history?

first of all you should check if you can find the purchase in the account purchase history:

If yes, I suggest you remove the user profile, perform a power cycle and re-add the profile.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully clarify if you purchased this season pass on the appropriately. This is a cool game and I can understand how this kind of situation could be concerning. I suggest reviewing and trying the
steps outlined in our support Find your games and add-ons on Xbox One if you haven't done so yet.

If the information there doesn't help you locate your new purchased content, then I suggest contacting
customer support so that an agent can help scour any account you may have for the appropriate licenses.

Give those steps a shot if and when you get a chance and let us know if that helped.

Have you tried the following steps already to locate and make sure the items are installed?

Go to My Games and Apps

Locate Samurai shodown and press Menu on your controller (the button with 3 lines on it)
Select Manage Game
Scroll all the way to the right on this menu to see what DLC is Ready to Install and start the install for Samurai shodown or the other pieces of game content that you are trying to download.
