    Batman Telltale

    I own the physical disc of Batman Telltale and it reads Season Pass as PURCHASED and when I then go on to Episode 2 in the series it reads PURCHASED, BUT NOT DOWNLOADED. When I attempt to download the game I'm continually prompted to repurchase the episode
    rather than a direct download.

    Batman Telltale Series Episode 3

    Hi Everyone

    I recently bought the season pass for Batman the Telltale Series, and today episode 3 became available.However, instead of being able to install it because I own the Season pass, i am being asked to pay £5.19 for the episode. I looked on the Telltale website
    but could find no way to contact them. Has anyone else had this issue, and how do we get this resolved?

    That didn't do it, but here is what resolved it finally for me!

    1. I uninstalled both the "Batman" entry and the "Batman: The Telltale Series - The Complete Season (Episodes 1-5)" entry plus all associated DLC in my XB1.
    2. I cleared the cache with these
      directions      .
    3. I hid the "Batman" entry on my XB1. (I did not have to hide the "Batman: The Telltale Series - The Complete Season (Episodes 1-5)" entry because it was only accessible via the Marketplace.)
    4.     I have the same issue. I think the problem is that two separate entries are created for this game, one called "Batman" and the other is called "Batman: The Telltale Series - The Complete Season (Episodes 1-5)."
