Season Pass/DLC not working?

Discus and support Season Pass/DLC not working? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought the season pass and got the first round of DLC.     Season Pass/DLC not working?


    I bought the season pass and got the first round of DLC. IT says its installed but when I go to play the DLC game type it says I dont have it. Help?

    Difference between DLC and Season Pass?

    Season pass DLC normally means that when the DLC is released you will get it for free if you brought the season pass. Some DLC can be released that is not apart of a Season Pass

    By that logic though, it only refers to Summer since it's a "Season Pass" and not a "Seasons Pass," and if more DLC is released than they will release another Season Pass for purchase.

    Regardless, it was officially stated that the Season Pass would only cover four DLC characters, so anything extra should it be released will not be included unless they're feeling very generous.

    Please refer to EA, if your DLC/Season Pack so that they can check whether they can issue a refund or not.

    Hi There,

    If you buy a season pass for a game, then it should work. Unless there are timed dlc from older season passes, but in general they do work.

    I found a work around that worked for me, simply install the season pass. In my case, it installed everything that should be included...

    i should add, i already had the season pass installed and i was being prompted to buy the dlc. Reinstalling the season pass installed all valid dlc without charging me.

    Are you a season pass holder?

    If so then it appears that for a lot of people the season pass doesn't work and it tries to make you pay for the Havoc DLC.
