    season pass and micro DLC items refunds


    during my period of time playing call of duty ghosts i was deranked by a modder/hacker within the online community i had messaged infinity ward support team, on roughly 20th march 2014 and they said they would not give me back my rank so i asked microsoft
    to get a refund on my dlc items i have brought they told me to come to this website and explain my problem

    Season Pass gets you all 4 Black Ops 2 DLCs. The micro items are not part of the pass.

    Ripped off by Borderlands 2

    You purchased the DLC before you bought the season pass. Sorry, but there is a no refund policy on items purchased from the marketplace.

    All DLC is none refunded and it tells you that when you pay for it. Also even thought this as been a bug for wolf among us it does say in the description not to buy this item if you have the season pass
