Season 6 battle pass not working

As a second note when using your link to get a refund of the COD points here is what is listed. "We didn't find any purchases on this account." Is there a number to call or someone that knows more about this game as it appears to be a wide spread issue and its getting very frustrating.

After 5 hours of uninstalling and reinstalling and clearing cache I still do not have the black cell. I verified with my PayPal and blizzard account that it was process but it is still not showing in the game.

2. Sign out of your account and then sign back in.

3. Uninstall and reinstall the game.

As per isolating and understood your issue of the Black Cell bundle still not reflecting on your account. This issue now lands on the in-game concerns as well since you have confirmed on your PayPal in which you used for purchase that it was processed and still not reflecting on the game.

For now, the best possible option that we can provide is to reach out to "Activision" game developer of Call of Duty since this now relies to the in-game delay of the bundle that is reflecting on your account. I just did all of these steps as well and still no 20 skip tier coins or the Valeria skin bundle.
