    Sea of thieves with the free gamepass trial


    Hi, after I subscribed to the free 14 days trial of gamepass, I wanted to download sea of thieves because I can get it for free with the subscription. Unfortunately, it was purchased full price at 82$ CAN. How can I get a refund since I was absolutely not
    planning on spending this money, but get it for free with the trial?

    i describe you the problem:

    I buy a gamepass to try Sea of Thieves with friends, the gamepass is activated and he's working no problem with it.

    But when i go on Xbox store & Windows store and type "Sea of thieves" i can't find it (same for every gamepass game)

    Xbox gamepass trouble.

    Hello! so today i tried to launch Sea of Thieves via the xbox gamepass, then i got this:Sea of thieves is currently not available in your account.Here's the error code in case you need it 0x803f8001.

    This is wierd i checked my payment info and it says i still have an active xbox gamepass sub, Sea of Thieves worked for me yesterday.

    You would need to go to Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if you can start a refund there. If not, you would need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox

    Keep in mind that the game will only be free to play while you are on Game Pass. After the trial ends you will not be able to continue playing it unless you buy it or continue Game Pass.

    I pay to play people. Not play gamepass... GAMEPASS is netflix... I don't expect access to sea of thieves, but i WOULD if it's offered for free after already paying a membership. There's no excuse

    I think it is because you are trying to download Sea of thieves instead of the anniversary edition.

    Try this:

    Open the Microsoft Store(No the gamepass app), then search for Sea of thieves: Anniversary Edition and try to download that.
