Discus and support sea of thieves was REMOVED from my library in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hello, I wanted to play sea of thieves again. I haven't played the game since 2021.     Hello, I wanted to play sea of thieves again. I haven't played the game since 2021. Now I look on my mirosoft account in my library and its just gone. I swear that I haven't gone mad. I saw an other person with the same issue and the responder said that he needed to look in order history. So I looked in my order history and it says that I have bought it on June 24 2021. But the cost says that it was $0, what is impossible because I payed legitimate money for it. Can someone set it back in my library or at least give me a refund?!

    I no longer have Steam on my computer and I got a refund for Sea of Thieves from Steam so it's not even in my Library. I also uninstalled the Steam version of Sea of Thieves from my computer.

    Step 1: Close Windows Store app if it’s running.

    Step 2: In the Start menu search box, type WSReset (Windows Store Reset) to see Wsreset in the search results.

    Step 3: Right-click on WSReset and then click Run as administrator option.

    Step 4: restart Pc

    *if the game doesn't appear on your order history of this account means that you haven't purchased it with this account and you need to find the account that made the purchase

    When you say that their was no transaction for the date in question are you talking about the date you placed the preorder or approximately 10 days prior to the game being released?

    The only payment option that takes the money immediately is if you use xbox gift cards and put them on your account and use that balance for the purchase otherwise it would wait till approximately 10 days prior to game release before trying to take the money
    and if there was no money available then it would decline and cancel your order.

    As far as the pre order bonus I do not know the answer to that question.
