Sea of Thieves Technical Alpha, Error 0x803F8001​

Got this message when I tried starting the game

"Sea of Thieves Technical Alpha is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

I have been part of the sea of thieve's insider hub from the beginning and have had no problem running/playing/testing the game to up to this point.

I did play the game just 4 hours ago (give or take), then I alt-tabbed out and started playing another game at the same time.

While the sea of thieves game was running, I was playing with 3 of my friends (making it a 4 man crew), and while I was tabbed out of the game they voted me to the brig, which is where I stayed until I got disconnected as they told me.

Some time passed and I alt-tab back into sea of thieves, then I noticed the game had disconnected me from the server, so I clicked to rejoin the lobby and when I got into the lobby (where you can select your crew seize) I alt-tabbed out again to continue
on the other game.

When I was done with that game, I noticed sea of thieves application had been terminated (without me doing so, nor had any error messages appeared). So I went ahead and started it up again, then I was met with the error message stated above.

Any idea?

Sea of thieves account help

My sea of thieves account says that I am not an insider even though I signed up for one using that account and I even get emails from sea of thieves saying I'm an insider. I have the email as proof and it says I can play the technical alpha, but the technical
alpha is not working. I already got Microsoft support and here is my reference number: 1408185241

Hello, I have a problem right after the maj of sea of thieves that I took with the xbox game pass.
