Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

I no longer have Steam on my computer and I got a refund for Sea of Thieves from Steam so it's not even in my Library. I also uninstalled the Steam version of Sea of Thieves from my computer.

If you can find it there, log out of the Microsoft store app and follow this steps

Step 1: Close Windows Store app if it’s running.

Step 2: In the Start menu search box, type WSReset (Windows Store Reset) to see Wsreset in the search results.

Step 3: Right-click on WSReset and then click Run as administrator option.

Step 4: restart Pc

Until this day I didn't know why sea of thieves and state of decay 2 would be gone from my library, thanks for this info.

If you're having trouble downloading Sea of Thieves from the Windows 10 Store, there are a few things you can try:

Reset the Windows StoreYou can use the steps below to refresh the Store which will clear the cache and refresh your library and permissions. This fixes the majority of cases.

1. Close the Windows Store app if you have it open.
2. Click Start and type "wsreset", without quotes.
3. Right-Click on the command and click "Run as Administrator". If the Windows permission box appears, click "Yes" or "Run".
4. A black MS-Dos screen will appear for a few seconds. Wait for it to disappear and the Store will automatically open.
5. Attempt to install Sea of Thieves.
