    Good Afternoon All,

    I received a code for a Sea of Thieves cosmetics bundle via a twitch stream. When I went to redeem it within the Microsoft store, I accidentally redeemed it to my alternate Microsoft account, and not the account that I have associated with the game.

    Is there a way I can cancel the code redemption for the one account and reapply to the correct account? I have access to both accounts.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issue with a code redemption. Unfortunately, there is no way of cancelling it and moving it to another account. You would need to get another code.

    sign into the xbox store with the same microsoft account linked in the game then redeem, they will be added to the account and available next time you launch sea of thieves.

    Unfortunately no, since the Frozen bundle contains skins, cosmetics and V-Bucks, the items will be associated only to the account it was redeemed on.

    You may be correct, Krystian. I found a helpful article from Sea of Thieves Support:

    "When purchasing Bundles and Ancient Coin packs for Sea of Thieves, it is important that you purchase through the correct store for the platform in which you are playing. Otherwise you may not receive the items in which you have purchased!

    So this means that if you are playing on the Steam version of Sea of Thieves, then you must purchase your content through the Steam store. And likewise, if you are using the Microsoft Store or Xbox version of Sea of thieves, then you must purchase your content through the Microsoft Store."
