    Hello I renewed Xbox Live on May 1st of this year and was offered the Mercenary Pack free with the 3 month renewal. I have yet to receive my code, though. Any assistance would be helpful. I contacted Support and they told me to post

    As an added note, I renewed through the console right on the dashboard not through any websites or third party companies. It was straight from the Xbox itself like I always renew. I saw similar posts here and their issues didn't seem to be resolved and the
    replies implied the retailer was responsible for the codes. In this case it was straight through the console and no code has been received by email or in my messages from Xbox Live.

    That's just proof that the promo existed. Sometimes they'll ask for a screenshot or something similar of the promo. If you cant provide anything then they'll tell you they cant help. Sorry for the confusion.

    your Xbox message with the Mercenary Pack code, you should head back to Xbox Support (at Xbox.com or on Twitter) and they’ll be
    able to resolve it for you.
