    Sea of Thieves promotion issue


    I was referred here by the xbox support customer service. I purchased the Sea of Thieves promotion but was charged full price of the 3 month subscription and did not receive the promotion package. According to customer support I had to post here to have
    it changed and resolved.

    If this is the promo you are talking about, it says there:

    Offer valid only in US, Mexico, Brazil, Canada (excluding Quebec), UK, France, Germany, Australia. Sea of Thieves Owners or Game Pass Subscribers who buy Gold during the offer will receive a digital code with the Sea of Thieves Mercenary Pack
    in their Xbox Message Center by 5/31/2018.
