    Sea of Thieves Pre-Order didn't count towards punch card on missions


    I pre-ordered Sea of Thieves through the digital Xbox store on my console and it never counted towards my punch card for the 3 pre-order mission towards the 15,000 rewards credits. Please help.

    Pre-ordered digital titles before the punch card, not showing on punch card

    I pre-ordered sea of thieves and also farcry 5, this month a mission is to pre order items. The punch card doesn't account for these two preorders. is this a bug or a glitch? Can I get my 2 punches?

    I pre-ordered Sea of Thieves on the 17th. I did not receive the pre-order content. I also have not received credit for the on demand punch card.

    Hi Clownz. A punch was awarded for your Sea of Thieves purchase. Your Kingdom Come: Deliverance and Monster Hunter: World purchases though did not qualify for the offer since they were already released when you purchased them.

    Preorders do not count towards VIP.
    But this is for the pre order punch card so it must count.

    i have pre ordered AC Origin and Shadow so far and its not showing as pre ordered will i get the rewards if i pre order another title from the list or do i lose out again on this promo

    Missing Rewards Credits

    The purchase would have counted towards your Games on Demand punchcard and you would need 2 other eligible purchases in order to complete that offer and receive the credits. There were no offers for preordering just that game digitally. Keep in mind that
    preorders do not count towards VIP.
    The punch card part would make sense and I must have missed that. However, why wouldn't pre-ordering a game and then paying for said game count towards my VIP rank? The game was released early this month. It's still money that I spent on a qualified purchase
    (for which I definitely didn't receive any rewards credits).
