Discus and support Sea of Thieves: Not receiving preorder bonus or stream items in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I redeemed the code for my preorder bonus but it's still not in my game.     Sea of Thieves: Not receiving preorder bonus or stream items


    I redeemed the code for my preorder bonus but it's still not in my game. Also I have yet to receive the flintlock skin for viewing the mixer.com/xbox stream the other day.

    Haven't received "Ebony Pistol" from Sea of Thieves Mixer stream

    I haven't received this bonus item from attending the second Sea of Thieves mixer stream that awarded said item.

    I haven't received this bonus item for attending the second Sea of Thieves mixer stream that awarded said item, and was referred to post in Sales & Promotions by "GodsAssassin007."

    Same for me, set up my mixer account so it's linked to my microsoft account and was there for the inside xbox sea of thieves stream but still haven't received the item.

    Still not receiving the "Black Dog Pack"

    Hi there PoulpeMalade01. We're afraid the Black Dog Pack was a pre-order bonus only for Sea of Thieves.

    Therefore if you purchased Sea of Thieves after its release, you wouldn't be eligible to receive that DLC.

    To clarify, the Anubis skin was also part of the MixPot reward, along with the Ebon Flintlock pistol. The Black Dog pack codes were for preordering the game, and are still being sent out. There's more information on additional content
