    Sea of Thieves not launching.


    I had just installed SoT on the Microsoft store on my D drive and was looking forward to playing but it crashed on startup. It kept crashing and wouldn't work so I tried looking it up and doing all the typical fixes. I reinstalled the game even though it was almost 100GB download. After the reinstall, the game still didn't work for the same reason. I contacted SoT support and despite their best efforts nothing seemed to work. I got so fed up with the Xbox app and Microsoft store that I just spent the extra $20 and bought it on Steam. The same crash happened on Steam. Finally, I cleared up enough space on my system drive to install the game there and it still didn't work with the same crashes happening. I have done everything SoT recommends. I have made exceptions in Windows Defender. I have done disk cleaning. I have reinstalled the game more times than I can count. I have used the scripts SoT gave me. So far nothing has worked. If someone has a fix anything would help. Thank you.

    Every other fix has worked smoothly.
