Discus and support Sea of Thieves mixerpot skin not received. in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I watched about 4 hours of the Mixer stream on March 22nd but still haven't received the Pistol skin.     Sea of Thieves mixerpot skin not received.


    I watched about 4 hours of the Mixer stream on March 22nd but still haven't received the Pistol skin. I had my account linked while I watched but haven't received any notifications to tell me if or when it will be coming. Thanks

    Sea of Thieves mixerpot flint lock skin not recived

    Hello I was wondering if you could check for me to see if I qualified for the mixer promotion for sea of thieves. I have received mixerpots before with no problem but after watching the sea of thieves stream with my mixer account connected to my Microsoft
    account I never received a notification or email. Thank you for your time.

    Have not recieved my Sea of Thieves Flintlock Skin for watching March 22nd Mixer stream

    Hello,

    I tuned in to view the Sea of Thieves: Voyage on Mixer on March 22nd 6PM GMT/11AM PT, which would unlock an exclusive Sea of Thieves Flintlock skin.

    However, I have not received the skin yet. A friend of mine who watch the stream when I did has received his skin. Where is mine? Help?

    You may not receive any alerts for the content as it should automatically appear in your
    commerce 7 to 10 days after the stream.

    Once you see it there it will appear in-game in your ship Armory if all issues with promotional content has been addressed by the Sea of Thieves devs.

    You should see that content appear on your
    commerce page     if you qualified for the content.

    Once you see it their you should be able to equip it in your ships Armory in-game!

    Keep in mind, promotional content was having some issues and the Sea of Thieves developers are hard at work on all updates and fixes.

    Hey Blackhawk0450! If you launch Smite, are you able to see the skins that were included in the MixPot rewards? If so, you will have received the Sea of Thieves flintlock skin as well. Post back and let us know!

    We have determined that your account did indeed acquire the content. To double-check let's have you sign in and check your
    commerce page on the website.

    When you get full access you should see that content appear in your vanity chest, clothing chest, equipment chest, and armory in-game.



    Keep in mind that at this time the Sea of Thieves devs have promotional content turned off and it may not appear in-game until the issue with that content is fixed.
