    Sea of Thieves Mixer Reward Not Received


    I watched the Sea of Thieves Mixer stream live and it's been over a week waiting for a message for my code. When looking for support I'm directed to go here Sea of Thieves
    but then it says to come here and post about.

    I have not received the Ebony Flintlock reward from the Sea of Thieves Mixer stream.

    To check, when you view your Order History while signed into your account, what do you see there? Do you see the Sea of Thieves Mixpot item (Ebon Flintlock pistol)?

    Also, when in Sea of Thieves, if you visit the Armory Chest on your boat or next to the weapons shop, do you see the item there?

    There is currently a Mixer Loot going until 5 May. Watch the conclussion of 30 Arena matches on Mixer and get a code for a 6 item pack for Sea of Thieves.

    I watched the entire live X018 event on Mixer with my account logged in, but I didn't receive any Mixpot awards for Sea of Thieves.

    What is MixPot?

    Mixpot is like a reward for watching a stream on mixer if the broadcaster do that. This Was the case for the xbox briefing at e3.

    You get free stuff for your xbox like items for sea of thieves or other games.

    Same for me, set up my mixer account so it's linked to my microsoft account and was there for the inside xbox sea of thieves stream but still haven't received the item.
