    I purchased the promotion of Xbox live gold 3 month subscription with the sea of thieves mercenary pack on April 17th and haven't received the code for the mercenary pack yet.

    We are all in the exact same boat. I am getting more and more upset reading each and every post about the same issue. Obviously someone has dropped the ball at XBOX or something like someone did not push the button to send out this content. Someone at
    Microsoft needs to step up and fix this for ALL OF US!

    Thanks for the mail and sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Unfortunately we weren’t involved in this promotion so there’s not much we can do directly from here, but we have raised it with the Xbox team and they’ve advised that if you still haven’t received
    your Xbox message with the Mercenary Pack code, you should head back to Xbox Support (at Xbox.com or on Twitter) and they’ll be
    able to resolve it for you.



    Hope that helps and you get your code soon if you haven’t already!
