Hello,

Yesterday, I bought 3 months of gold on the microsoft store from my xbox one. I would like to know how long will I receive the code for the mercenary pack? Knowing that I was eligible because I did not have a current subscription and I live in France.

I purchased the promotion of Xbox live gold 3 month subscription with the sea of thieves mercenary pack on April 17th and haven't received the code for the mercenary pack yet.

The Mercenary pack's are only offered in a physical retail store that is partaking in the event.

Did you purchase the content at a specific store location? You would want to reach out directly to that location to see if they are taking part in the promo.

I'm also having this issue, and was previously talking to chat support who directed me to this forum to make a post, but then I searched and found this. Seems like someone who is over this promotion needs to give out the codes manually to those who haven't
received them.

As this promotion should be through the Microsoft store they should be able to provide that code, but in this case let's have you and
Joshua Aubrey check your Xbox messages one more time.

your Xbox message with the Mercenary Pack code, you should head back to Xbox Support (at Xbox.com or on Twitter) and they’ll be
able to resolve it for you.
