    Hello, two weeks ago on 3.22 I purchased 3 months of xbox live from the Microsoft store in NY (5th avenue) and still haven't received the code for the Mercenary outfit.

    Could someone please assist? Can supply receipt ID and other information.

    If you purchased from a Microsoft Store retail location, the code should be emailed to you at the email address that you provided at the store when you made that purchase.

    If you didn't supply an email address at the time of purchase, please reply to this thread and let us know and we'll continue taking a further look with you.

    Thanks for your reply, I did provide an email, as I received an emailed receipt of the purchase, but still have not received a code. Is there still anyway you can help me out? It has just been 15 days now and I'm worried I may have slipped through the cracks.
