Sea of Thieves: Huntress Figurehead

Hey there!

I watched the whole Inside Xbox Stream but haven't received the Huntress Figurehead yet. All my mates allready got it.

Yes, I linked my Microsoft Account to Mixer and yes, I subscribed to the Xbox Channel. I even got the notification for the figurehead and still its not in the game.

Please help, since I really want to own it. -Thanks

Haven't received huntress figurehead

I watched the Mixer last week so I could get the Huntress Figurehead for Sea of Thieves, but I haven't received it yet

I guess they are gradually sending it out.

I tried looking up the Gamer Tag: TomMorys to confirm if you were eligible for receiving the MixPot items, but nothing shows up under that Gamer Tag. Since that is the case, can you please provide me with
the correct Gamer Tag you signed into Mixer with to watch the live stream on Aug 21, 2018. Once I have this information, I will be more than happy to take a further look into this for you.

I can see both items in my order history, and yet the Figurehead is not in my game. That's my problem, and that's why I'm writing to you. I hope you can help me with this problem.

I apologize that you are not seeing the "Sea of Thieves Huntress Figurehead" in your game. I'm not sure why you are experiencing this behavior. However, after further research, please see the following link for further assistance:

Just an FYI, when you click the link for "RAISE A SUPPORT REQUEST", it will take you to the "Sea of Thieves Support" page and then forward you to the sign-in page. Once you sign-in, you should be able to proceed to file a support ticket with their engineering
team.

I already raised a support ticket at rare, and they sent me here...

 

Hello, I still have not recieved the figurehead after watching the stream via mobile device.

 

Me neither. At this point, I guess I'll not receive it. :/

 

I have the same issue. I watched the stream with my gamertag "" and commented "! figurehead", but never received the item on my account nor in-game. I filed a support ticket with Rare and they sent me here.
