Sea of Thieves - Huntress Figurehead still not in-game

Hello,

On Tuesday the 20th I watched the entierty of the Xbox Stream on Mixer and after it ended, I could see the Figurehead in my order history on Microsoft.com.

So I logged onto the game, excepting to see the promised reward for watching the stream (The Huntress Figurehead, as said in title) but only to see that it wasn't in my chest.

Today, on the 23rd there is still nothing inside my chest.

Can you please help me? I have proof of the order history and so forth.

Haven't received huntress figurehead

I watched the Mixer last week so I could get the Huntress Figurehead for Sea of Thieves, but I haven't received it yet

I have a new question. I have my own account but I share sea of thieves with my son account.I watched the video for the figurehead under my name and account and got this message at the end . Will I still be getting the figurehead in my account or did i
screw myself out of the figurehead by watching under my name?

Hi, I would post this on the Sea Of thieves official forums here Sea of Thieves Forum someone on there might have the same issue as you, and knows how to fix it, or at the very least, you might
be able to contact a developer of the game, to see if they know of any issues that might be casuing this.

 

That's what I did already, and the guy there told me to send the issue here, as I might find help here.

I do have the order appearing in my order history, but not in-game. and the code that appears in the order history is of course automatically used, meaning that I can't do it myself.

I checked again today and still no Figurehead in my chest. I watched the stream with this account and so forth. I believe the issue not to be my fault.

If you are capable of reaching out to the Sea Of Thieves developper or something that would be amazing.

It looks like this issue is beyond my abilities.

Sea of Thieves

Go to this link to submit a request support for your issue. When you go to that link let it load because its going to take a second for it to bring up a page asking you "Please let us know how we can help by selecting from the options below...".
Then select "I have a general enquiry". Once you do that you can begin filling out the request and letting them know all the details about what's going on. Make sure you add that screenshot to show them what you are talking about.
Provide a screenshot of proof you got them in your order history, but not showing up in your game.
