    Hi,

    I recently buy Sea of thieves, which automatically install on my C: driver (SSD). I wish it to be transferred to my D: driver, but I can't find the games files.

    Could you help me please ?

    Missing Pre order email

    I pre ordered online and I installed the pre order Sea of Thieves AND the pre ordered Sea of Thieves Closed beta. I have two Sea of Thieves in my Games folder now on Xbox One...and neither of them will let me in to the closed beta which started at 4am PST.
    So I assumed you needed a code, which I don't have.

    To help you out with moving your files to another location, please refer the steps below:

    1. Press Windows Key + E to open up the Windows explorer .
    2. Look for the folder you want to move
    3. Right-click the folder and click on Properties.
    4. Click on the Location tab.
    5. Click on Move.
    6. Navigate to the folder where you want to move your folder to.
    7. Click on Apply.
    8. Click on Confirm once prompted.

    Give it a shot and let us know how it goes.

    Is this happening only with Sea Of Thieves?

    Did you check if maybe there is a corrupted folder for Sea of Thieves inside XboxGames or WindowsApps folder on your drive?

    If possible please send me an screenshot of the folders inside these two folders

    I'll be waiting for your reply

    Error Code 0x8007005 when trying to install sea of thieves

    Hi Lucas,

    I set myself as the owner of the WindowsApps folder on the H: drive and attempted to reinstall sea of thieves, unfortunately it is still returning the same 0x8007005 error as before.
