    Hello everybody,

    everytime i play Sea of Thieves on my PC (Windows 10) i get disconnect from XBOX Live Server with the error Code CYANBEARD. No Infos on the official side of Sea of Thieves, and all the Progress get lost (treasures and co.) and this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME...i
    dont know what to do to fix this. I dont have have any Network issues on other Online games on my PC...My Network Connection is good as well...it has something to do with this game and XBOX live Servers...

    I bought Sea of Thieves, this is my first (and only) game on the Xbox app. After 60-90 minutes of gameplay I get kicked from the game with the error: Connection to Xbox live was lost (Cyanbeard), this happens every single game I play. I don't have this
    issue with any other multiplayer game I play on other platforms.

    NAT type is Moderate

    Server is connected

    Cyanbeard is one of the beard errors that you may encounter when playing Sea of Thieves. It wants to inform you that your connection to the Xbox Live server or Sea of Thieves server has been disrupted or lost. It also occurs if your device encountered a
    network interruption. I recommend that you run the Windows app troubleshooter to scan and repair the game. You may refer to this
    link for the steps. You can also try disconnecting your computer to your Internet, restart, and then connect
    it back to refresh the network status.

    Thanks for your answer but I did what you said and nothing has changed. But I noticed that sometimes when I do a check, the network type Nat: Teredo fails to evaluate
    Server connection: blocked

    But when I click the recheck button, everything is getting fixed but in sea of thieves everything is the same(cyanbeard error)

    Why does the Xbox app insist on installing multiple installations of games on my C drive without my permission?

    Sea of thieves decided to uninstall itself for some reason over night, making it so that I cant play Sea of Thieves today due to the long download time.

    If I buy Sea of Thieves on Steam, can I play with the same account as on the xbox app version? That way I wont need to deal with the Xbox app or its version of Sea of Thieves.
