    Sea of Thieves Black Dog pack


    Hi, I pre ordered Sea of Thieves but I still haven't received the Black Dog Pack. I contacted Sea of thieves by creating a ticket and I got a response back today saying that they can't do anything and to contact xbox support. I'm attaching a copy of my preorder
    purchase.

    Have you checked your xbox message history? You should have received a message through xbox live from Xbox live containing the code. I would look through your order history to see if you got one. Those who ordered after the end of January got their code
    this way. If you do not have a code I would suggest reaching out to xbox store support.
