Formato de disco no compatible

Un amigo me prestó el halo reach para jugar en linea, despues se lo regresé y despues de 1 semana me dijo que se lo habia rayado y su xbox no lo leia y le decia "Formato de disco no compatible" ¿eso si es por el disco que este rayado o es por el xbox?

Error al leer el disco en juegos digitales descargados

Se procede a borrar el caché y el juego y se descarga de nuevo, se supone que ya así no queda rastro de archivo en mal estado, pero por desgracia al descargar de nuevo el juego pasa el mismo error.

Borro todos los juegos de ese dispositivo USB, formateo de nuevo el dispositivo y descargo el juego de "games with gold"

POR FIN FUNCIONA, ahora a descargar todo el contenido borrado...
