In this case it would be best to request a call back and talk with a support agent. They will be able to help you to see what the issue is.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
• Step 2 ----select see more options then subscription changes
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Solo me arroja "no se puede pagar con master card"

Gracias por contestar, puede ser , no lo habia visto de esa forma, pero entonces eso significa que la unica forma por decirlo asi de renobar mi GPU es comprando tarjetas de regalo de xboxlive en fisico , porque lo de la promo puede ser eso pero tambien
trate con la de 1 mes y de 12 meses a precio regular y me sale que tampoco se puede, si es solo en comprar en fisico las tarjetas de regalo pues no hay problema solo que eso de que ni siquiera la de 1 mes o 12 me deja compralos se me hace raro
