Hola, he estado jugando en xbox one los retrocompatibles de xbox 360 y no puedo obtener los logros. No había tenido este problema con anterioridad hasta ahora, empezó específicamente con dungeon siege 3, no me salen los logros pero mi hermana que ya lo había
jugado si le salían. Ahora hoy mismo empecé con Starwars: The Force Unleashed y no me han salido logros, nisiquiera los que dan por terminar una misión, pero mi hermano lo jugó una hora después y a él si le dieron, parece ser cosa de mi perfil pero ya lo eliminé
y descargue y sigue igual, cada que entro a dungeon siege 3, el juego intenta darme los logros pero no puede, me aparece un mensaje en juego que dice: "Se ha producido un error al intentar premiar con un logro".

Disculpen si me equivoco de foro pero es el más cercano que encontré y por más que busqué no encuentro un tema igual. Agradezco de antemano cualquier ayuda o guía al lugar correcto. Muchas gracias.

HERE that can assist with these problems. Make sure when you try the steps you give it the full 72 hours to resolve, before you move on to Step 3 which is the Survey.
