Are you signed in with the purchasing account and connected to Xbox Live?

If so, go to My Games & Apps and scroll to the far right until you see a section called "Ready to Install". Let it sit for a minute to populate and hopefully it appears there, after which you can hit A to download it.

(Apologies if this is where you looked already, I just want to make sure you weren't looking in the list of already-installed games, or didn't let the Ready to Install list finish populating.)

If you to My Games & Apps, is it not listed there?

If not, scroll to the right and you should see "Ready to Install". Leave the console alone for a couple minutes until that list populates and hopefully you will see the game you're looking for in that list. If so, simply hit A to download it.

• Click on the Xbox app and select "Advanced options."
  
• Scroll down and click on "Reset."
