Screenshots size changed automatically

Hello,

I am using Xbox app on windows 10 and, when I am looking screenshots, their size are automatically changed. In fact, screenshots are cropped :
the top and bottom of the image have been slightly cut ; not much, but it's still annoying.

How to make the screenshots appear in their original
size / resolution ?

Hello Cyaan,

Have you checked all the Xbox app settings? As I am unable to at this time there may be one that does this. Just click the gear in the Xbox app and check all the settings.

Hi, the problem on PC resolves by downloading the Xbox Beta app or simply restarting the normal Xbox app

Firstly, yes it is only occurring when viewing screenshots.

Thank you for posting on the forums. I'd be happy to help.

Is this only occurring when viewing screenshots? Is this screenshots that you take and others from Xbox Live on from the Activity Feed?

Do you by chance have the Xbox app on mobile to test if the issue is the same for either app?

First I recommend to fully reboot your PC. Once you log back in try signing into another account in the Xbox app, then sign out and sign back into your main account.

Let us know some more information and we can help you figure this out.

Then unfortunately, it is by design and there is no way to adjust it. As I was able to check the app and its the same on mine also.
