Screenshots not deleting and New Screenshots not uploading.

Since Sunday I've been unable to delete old captures and upload new captures to the Xbox Network.

When I delete them at first they'll disappear only for them to come back a couple of minutes later as a black picture, while saying that an error has occurred please try again later. Taking new screenshots is also a problem because when I take it, it says that it's uploaded to the network however when I go to check they don't show up.

I'm just wondering if there's a sync issue going on at the moment because I've asked around a bunch of my friends and screenshot clubs and multiple people have said the same thing has happened to them as well.

Any news on the situation would be greatly appreciated.

That's totally fine, let's then try to unplug the console for 30 minutes and then try again. Please follow the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Unplug the console for 30 minutes.

3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Thank you so much for that. Have you tried to use a different network connection?

Resetting the console-keeping games and apps will not be an option since that will delete any game clips that you have that aren't uploaded to the Xbox network yet.

Ok I've just done that and thankfully at the moment the deleted screenshots are no longer showing up again. I've kept checking for a couple of minutes just to make sure and it seems to be fine.

Fingers crossed it'll remain that way when I turn the console back on tomorrow.

No I can't since Wifi is the only connection option available to me.
