Screenshots are dark

I’ve been taking a few screenshots on my xbox lately and they are way too dark. I couldn’t figure out why, any clue? :/

I’ve got a Xbox one. but I checked your steps, allow HDR10 was already selected.

Hi,

In the display settings of Xbox , choose 10 bits in color range and in your TV setting set Black as normal.

It could be something to do with your HDR if you have an xbox one x, go to xbox settings> General> tv & display options> video modes and disable *allow HDR10* then check out the screenshot. If that doesn't work i would go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

Do you have HDR enabled by chance? We have seen some users experiencing issues with screenshots with HDR enabled, if you haven't tried, please disable that to see if there's a change.

Yes the screenshots and video captures are dark when I share them to socials or download them to my phone as well.
