    Screenshot take ages to upload


    Can someone please tell me why it's taking my Xbox One X about 30 minutes to upload a simple screenshot to Xbox live? My connection is wired, my upload speed on average is 18.48 Mbps and my NAT type is open with IPv4 & 6. This has been going on for months
    now and is starting to get really annoying. Especially when friends upload their screenshots within seconds. I mean, at this point even my game clips which are 100+MB are uploading quicker than a screenshot. Something's clearly not right.

    Screenshots not able to be shared

    As recently as a week ago I was able to take screenshots of my games and upload them to onedrive. Now I can't upload any screenshots at all. I still have Gold status so I'm unsure as to why I'm suddenly not able to upload any screenshots I take. I experimented
    with a video clip and it gave me the option to share that.

    Thanks for letting us know! So we can take a closer look with you, can you reply back with the following info?

    1. Does that happen with screenshots from any game?

    2. Has your console always taken this long to upload screenshots specifically, or did this start recently?

    3. Do you see any difference if you test by having a different profile attempt to upload a screenshot on the same console/connection?

    I don't think that functionality exists. What you could do is grab the video, bring it onto your PC and screen grab it there.

    Not the prettiest way of doing it but it'd work.

    I had that problem when i was trying to upload a pic. What i did was take a screenshot from my phone and uploaded that screenshot pic. It seemed to work fine
