Screen showing black when I got relaunched into settings, and my tv shows black screen

I understand. I just wanted to know if you had disabled HDR on your console before testing the games because I wanted to make sure everything (including HDR) was working correctly now.

If you ever want to disable HDR, you can do so from your console by going to Settings > General > TV & Display options > Video modes.

Hdr on my LG tv cant be disabled i think

I think it happened to one of my games since after when it went black screen, HDR was enabled and it caused the black screen when i launched call of duty it went black screen. When i powered it on before i sent this to forums it went no signal. When i restarted the console, it went back to the dashboard and closed all my games and apps

- I see you mentioned the screen was black when you relaunched into settings, may I ask exactly what you mean by that? did this happen after a reboot or a factory reset?
