    Now it works only for Xbox screen.

    Has it been blocked for other use ??

    I'd use it for posting a few shots to Twitter or for custom background use.

    Like I said I can do it now in a work around sort of way. " record that " watch clip on Smartglass "pause" at desired frame " take screenshot on phone " clip picture and post.

    Hello p aMasson,

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
    The Game DVR     is only used for recording game clips, starting a live broadcast on Mixer and taking screen shots of the Xbox App and other services. An update to the Game Bar has removed the feature to use it with all applications. We hope this helps!

    See, I was against the feed for probably much the same reasons. But..... I love it now, being able to check out game clips friends are playing is a great feature, and I have watched clips of friends pulling off all sorts of crazy stuff. I'm actually
    going to buy Dieing Light now because of watching Docs vids. So I find it entertaining and useful. Plus every now and again I do feel like sharing a game moment among friends, which I never thought I would. So screenshots can't hurt.

    Just one more thing to make the activity feed an even more useless, cluttered mess.

    I personally can't wait for the Facebook mentality to leave gaming. Just like nobody cares what you had for breakfast, nobody wants to see your clips and screenshots from games most of us are playing anyway.
