    Screen keeps changing brightness


    I have an Xbox one s it’s been working great for months now and all of a sudden tonight I tuned it on, and it flickers brightness but only when I’m playing a game… in the menu screen or Home Screen it’s just fine But as soon as I started a game it will rapidly filter between bright and dim….

    Anyone have any ideas what’s happening…. I don’t get why it just started happening when I haven’t changed anything

    It is not possible to adjust brightness on the Xbox button.

    Logo lights on the Console and Kinect go from bright to dim randomly

    The logos change with the ambient lighting in the room. If its bright, then the logos will be bright, if its dark in your room, dim logos. Seems to change on mine when I go back to the home screen out of an app or back into an app.

    Seems to change based on the light in the room. Kinda like when your phone screen dims. Dark room = dim Xbox logos on the system, Kinect and controller, bright room = bright light.

    the darkest (black) part of a visual image or the level of brightness at which no light is emitted from a screen, resulting in a pure
    black screen.

    You would have to go into your T.Vs settings to see what you can adjust.

    While you do not adjust it directly Brightness and contrast change the black levels.
