Screen is blurry and pixelated

    Screen is blurry and pixelated


    I got on my console and randomly my screen is completely pixelated and blurry. Have messed with all tv and console settings that I am aware of. Function of console is still perfect just hard to see anything. I have messed with the hdmi and even used a different one. I’m lost and need some help!

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    In order for us to isolate the issue further, have you also tried using a different TV?

    Before the issue started, are there any changes that you have made?

    Are you playing via the cloud?

    Hit the info button on your TV, what is the resolution of the input signal?

    If you're playing at 120fps then the graphics will be reduced to fit that desired frame rate. Playing games at 120 is pretty demanding. If you want more picture fidelity you should play it at 60fps.
