Discus and support screen is always black but the hud Is always there, on 360 games in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; [img] when ever I start up any backwards compadibility games suck as battlefield 3, fallout 3 etc, the screen is always black but the hud is always...     when ever I start up any backwards compadibility games suck as battlefield 3, fallout 3 etc, the screen is always black but the hud is always there for that certain game, just wondering if anyone knows how to fix it?

    Right in the middle of the screen?

    The entire hud is terrible. It so cluttered. Also the flag symbols above the minimap and whats happening on screen is always wrong.

    [Adventure Mode] Missing Two Columns in the Right Side

    In the Adventure Mode of Minesweeper, the rightest side, there are always missing 2-3 columns in black; however, I have try to click on it, I will lose a life if there is a trap, which means it's not blank, but it's black which I cannot see anything on the
    screen.

    I'm sorry to see any graphical issues with back compat games! It's likely that the games need their data refreshed. Let's try clearing your 360 storage on the Xbox One by going to Settings > All settings > System > Storage > Clear Xbox 360 storage.
    This should sort everything out after it reboots.

    yea sorry for the long wait... this just happened to me today with black ops 3 so from what I can see this doesn't have anything to do with just 360 games now, and it still doesn't fix anything doing what you said.

    No worries, Will! My response is a little delayed, too, since we don't work over the weekend. screen is always black but the hud Is always there, on 360 games ;)

    Since it's happening with an Xbox One game now, it seems like it might be more related to your operating system rather than the games. At worst, the graphics card in the console is failing, and you'll need to get a replacement.

    Try a
    factory reset    , keeping your games and apps. This will refresh the operating system but not lose any of the games you have installed. Let me know how that goes!

    Spiderman Friend or Foe Live recent download (Dec. 2013) will not play on Xbox 360 Slim

    The game does have problems with the Xbox 360 S model. Some users have had success pressing the guide button just as the screen turns black. That for some reason makes the game start, but it doesn't always work.
