Screen images not wanted

Good afternoon,

I'am playing Microsoft Solitair om my desktop computer, (under Windows 100).

I am getting unwanted screen images in Picasa. (not in Photo's Google)

Can I change something in the settings of Microsoft Solitair?

Maps will not load when clicked on.

So after the latest update, the large one around December 10th (2015), I was not able to load (or enter) a previously created map. On the map selection screen, all of my previous worlds are there but their thumbnail image has been changed to the default
grass block image. I have tried restarting the Xbox but still nothing. We have continued playing because we wanted to view the new content.

 

Fortnite Cross Play

My son wanted to play Fortnite on his Xbox so few months ago I set up an account under my name. Well after playing for a little while he wanted his own account so I set that up as a child account. He then wanted to cross play which is not allowed as a
child so I changed his account to public and took restrictions off. After all of that I still can't get the menu to pull up cross play under his account but I can under mine. I am attaching the pictures of the screen. If you notice my account has option
for cross play and his does not. Any suggestions on how to fix would be appreciated.
