Screen glitching/white spots

I keep getting these screen glitches and white spots, but only on certain maps on MW2. I have tried all the tricks I could find online but most pertain to 4k, which I'm not using. I've reinstalled twice, changed my HDMI cord, factory reset, and tried another tv. Nothing has worked. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Danielle! Sorry to hear about what happened. I appreciate all your efforts.

If the issue is specific to one game only and certain maps in it, then most likely it's a game bug. Since you've exhausted all the steps to try to fix that, it would be best to report or contact the game support here https://support.activision.com/options

If your other games are working fine, it shouldn't be an issue with your console.

oh, and the glitching where you have tried everything and cannot quit getting sent right back to the same spot, and getting stuck on a big white spot to where you have tried running jumping rushing shooting.... nothing works and you have to quit the game.

This is a video of the issue that I am having. The jaggy white moving lines and at the 1 minute mark, you can see spots all over the screen.

I've had a Match or two like this as a Glitch. It's really good looking but not so much fun to play. Mostly though when you get killed you're stuck at a black and white colored death Screen and the Load-out Screen wont Load up.
Those were Glitches though. A real Game like that would be kinda cool.

[/quote]Well since the devs never intended for you to be able to get to those spots it is a glitch. Why else are they turning them into instant death spots?
