screen fluctuation on xbox one x

on some games i am getting a flickering in the darker areas when i move ingame. elite dangerous is the worst. it seems like the background stars get dimmer, but i am also getting it in other games. anyone else getting this?

I have had this issue before with a xbox found out it was the cable but there could be multiple different things, Like tv Port console port for the hdmi even the settings on certain tvs can cause a issue. So I would have to ask for the tv model incase it's
something along those lines to try and trouble shoot it with you

it is only on xbox. i previously had a regular xbox one and upgraded to the x about a month ago. i didnt have this problem on my old xbox. i have also changed hdmi cable but it didnt help. have also just noticed it on rage 2 as well but only when looking
for it.

The tvs a toshiba 49u6863db. which is also only 6 months old. I have tried altering the settings in the tv settings on the xbox and even tried it in 1080, but it still does it. its not the whole screen just the darker areas ingame.

Does this problem appear only on Xbox or other times ? Could it be a TV problem ?
