Screen flashes on and off?

Well that seemed to do the trick for now......I also traded out for a new cord.....but it is the system reboot that worked best.....a little frustrating putting the family back on, but hey kids yell

I suggest checking the cable that is being used as it might be needing replaced, Also try using a different HDMI port on the tv as well to see if that helps fix the issue, Also try this troubleshooter here as well : https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/troubleshooting-4k-and-hdr-on-xbox-one
