    Screen Captures will not delete from Xbox One S. Have tried everything


    I have read previous posts and tried the solutions but nothing will remove the screen Captures. Have uploaded the xbox companion app on to laptop and they won't delete through that either.

    Please has anyone got any suggestions?

    Thank you for the information, I have noticed an increase in the volume of gamers contacting us who are unable to take screen captures as well.

    This is probably a glitch and there could be an upcoming service alert pertaining to screen captures on Xbox servers.

    I would highly recommend you wait at least 24 hours to see if the Xbox engineers can fix this bug.

    After 24 hours, please try to delete it again via Xbox console or Xbox app to see if it works.

    Please give me a heads-up here about the results.

    The xbox network storage number keeps increasing every time I try to delete this capture. Its at -185% Not sure why this keeps going up and up when its not deleting anything

    Alright. Let's try to clear the alternate MAC Address and then please check if the issue will still be there once you delete one of the clips that were uploaded to Xbox Network.

    Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Network Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear >Restart.

    Please let me know if it works.
