    Screen blackout


    I have the one x and since I’ve had it have had a few issues with the picture cutting out for a few seconds, when it comes back on the HDR symbol is in the corner of the screen, I’ve also had an “invalid format “ error a few times and have had to restart
    the console, I have asked support about is but not had a lot of luck, I have a LG oled tv and my Xbox was plugged in to a surge protector but now I have it plugged directly in to the wall.

    I have been playing Forza this morning and it has blacked out 8 times in total, open to any suggestions,thank you.

    Screen Blackout

    While playing The Witcher III (the only title I have palyed on my week old console), the screen goes blank while navigating the menus (character, shop, alchemy, etc.). Is this a console problem or a software issue?

    lego marvel super heroes crashing to home

    whenever I exit one saved game to move to a different one, the game send me to the home screen and my picture will blackout. needs an update.

    Same here and same LG OLED TV...

    I've seen the problem, black screen, a few time yesterday after setting it up but it's mainly when watching TV. I was using my high end HDMI cables but last night I removed the one that goes from Xbox One X to TV and replaced it with the cable that came
    in the box. No issues so far since doing that.

    I've had mine plugged directly into the wall socket the whole time. I have HDMI from cable box to Xbox One X IN and the HDMI that came with the Xbox One X from it to the ARC (HDMI 2) input on the TV.

    I'll keep an eye on it and report back if I see the issue again. If you are not using the HDMI cable that came with the Xbox One X then I'd maybe try it and see if it helps.

    I laugh at these one day blackouts. I laughed at the battlefield 3 blackout and i laughed at this blackout. Why do people think that a black for only one day will change anything.

    lol, I really don't think many people are going to join that absurd Blackout, maybe a few dozen max. I myself will be supporting the Whiteout of the MW3 Blackout and will be playing all day.
