2. Is there anything permanently missable, even rewards for beating the game a certain way?

3. Are there any rewards for having save data from a different video game?

4. Does the Xbox One version have all the content of the 360 version?

According to a similar thread, it seems that the main differences (if we ignore graphics update) between the two editions are just the inability to share coasters

Other than that is the same version.
