Scratched off part of the digital code on Xbox gift card how can I get a replacement code?

Do you mean 19 digit code then the scratch off one? As mine has a 19 digit code then next to that is the scratch of thing. Am on the game.co.uk website now I have clicked on the gift card option and it wants a digit code and a pin code. When I click on info
it says Your 19 digit gift card number and 4 digit pin code on the back of the gift card. Not sure if I have the correct card you see.

Hello, my son has done this MANY times. I always freak out and go off like you cant use it nomore. I later found out thats not the case at all. So you need to keep that card even though the numbers are scratched off. Only way it can be fixed is by talking
to a live representative over the phone! They will ask you for the numbers you can see this will assist them in getting the correct information. With everything going on it might take time to get to a rep. Keep trying though they can fix it for you!!!

How rigerously do you have to scratch off the silver part of a code card to scratch off the code?!?!?

Be sure to scratch off the entire card, as the both codes are on one card. If you completely scratch off the card and confirm there are no codes on the card, the next step will be to contact Amazon to explain the issue and request an exchange. Unfortunately
we are unable to replace codes that are included in Xbox One console bundles.
