Gears Of War Ultimate Edition Key code

I was sent here from the Partner support service. I purchased the xbox one gears of war bundle with the gaerd of War Ultimate Edition download.. When I scratched off the key code for gears of war on the back of the card some of the key code also scratched
off. I can not read some of the letters to enter the code. There is three codes on the back One if for the game and the other two are for special game skins. All three are missing some of the letters i cannot read them. What do I need to do to get these codes
back.

That's not good to hear! Unfortunately we don't have any codes to offer as replacement, you'll need to reach out to the retailer in regards to the code. They'll be your best point of contact. Really sorry to hear the code was scratched off.

The Gears of War Ultimate Edition game should be on a card in the console box. Scratch off the back of the card and enter the code on the console or on Xbox.com/redeemcode

When I purchased ultimate edition the codes came in the packaging. It was a paper gears of war with a grey thing to scratch on it that has the codes

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!

The game should be located in the box. Be sure to go through each piece of promotional material inside the box and to scratch of the entire area off as sometimes there are two codes on one card.

If after looking through each paper and scratching off everything the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition code is still not visible, we recommend reaching back out to the retailer for further assistance as we are unable to provide codes for games included in
Xbox One console bundles.
