    okay so I haven't moved my Xbox with the game in it I've cleaned it atleast 3 times a week and don't play it a lot anymore and it just got scratched I have the Xbox one S and this is the only bad problem I've had any recommendations or anything that can
    help??i also had the Xbox one and it did the same thing to my gta v both of the scratches were on the inner ring

    I had Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 since Christmas, and everytime I play the game it gets more scratched. Today i was playing and it crashed and wouldn't let me go back on. I know it's a problems with the inside because I NEVER take the disc out. Any
    support would be amazing. This xbox is one of the older models.

    Here the answer to ur issue u have to either call support for new hard war or try install it to hard drive.

    Have you tried another disc? I would recommend you try using a cd rather than a game or dvd disc. If that ends up scratched as well then you should contact phone support for a repair. That is usually an indicator that the laser
    lense is coming into contact with the disc, that should not happen.
