"Scout" achievement has been "Done! Unlocking..." for 3 months

Hey there, banbadle! There is no set time frame for when you will receive a response from the survey. Once the investigation is complete, you will receive an email. Thanks for letting us know you've already done that, and keep an eye out for any updates

I've tried all of those things, yeah. none of them helped. Got no reply from completing the survey

Have you tried the following ?

If you're on Xbox One:

1. Ensure you were connected to Xbox Live. If you weren't, try connecting to Xbox Live then attempt to unlock the achievement again.
   
2. If you were connected to Xbox Live and you completed the full requirements for the achievement, wait a full 72 hours, then check on Xbox.com or your Xbox One console and see if the achievement shows as unlocked.
   
3. If things still aren't looking right, give the following troubleshooting steps a shot:
   • Remove your account from your Xbox One console.
     
   • Power cycle your Xbox One console.
     
   • Download your account to your Xbox One console.
     

1. • Attempt to unlock the Achievement again.
2. If the achievement is showing as unlocked, but you're not seeing the Gamerscore from the achievement added to your total Gamerscore and the unlocked count for the game in question is incorrect: Head over to your profile on Xbox.com, view the game
   and achievement in question on your profile, then wait a full 72 hours for things to process.
   
3. If these steps did not work, proceed to Phase 3.

So its now been a month since my achievements glitched and got stuck in the "Done...Unlocking" status and still nothing has been done. I know i'm not the only with this problem, 2 others posted in this thread, there are probably another 100+ threads just
like mine on the forums as well.

This problem with achievements unlocking properly has persisted since the Xbox One launched, why has it not been fixed yet. However the achievements are being processed now through the X1, needs to be scrapped and you need to go back to the how it was done
on the 360. I can unlock achievements just fine on that console either online or offline with no problems. But I know at least 25+ people who have issues with achievements unlocking properly on the X1, and some have had there achievements stuck for months
to almost a year.

I'm going to keep bumping this thread every few days until my achievements fix as well as another thread that looked a though it was turning into the main thread where everyone was posting their glitched achievements to.

Hi this has happened again after 3 days of reporting the error on the forums my achievements appeared unlocked, however been playing master chief collection and ive got 2 achievements now saying 100% done unlocking but not unlocked, theve been like it a
couple of weeks now, pillar of autumn achievement n another one, please unlock them for me again n fix this bug thx
